Vending Machine Refurbishing Process

All of our machines are cleaned properly and handled with the best of care. We understand the importance of quality and make sure all components are working to their full advantage. If a part is damaged during the checking process, we make sure to repair it. We do coin testing and program the customers' desired prices. Every machine includes a lock and two keys for our customers' convenience.

Snack Machine Procedures

Clean machine thoroughly. Panels, front trim, panels, coin insert bezel, delivery bin and buttons are removed to commence bodywork. The machine is painted and equipped with necessary parts. Harnesses, displays, vend motors; control boards, power cords, coin & bill acceptors as well as other items are checked and/or repaired or replaced if necessary. Lock the machine with two keys and place on a palette for shipping.

Drink Machines Procedures

Machine is washed with pressure wash machine. Bodywork is done as well as prime and paint. Exterior is thoroughly checked but not limited to condenser fan, trim, sign, coin cup, validate plate, legs, drain pan, coin return lever, t-handle, new selection buttons are installed, L.E.D. displays, flavor tags etc. Interior parts are also checked, repaired or replaced, including computer, temperature control, friction pads, motors, evaporator fan, door switch, oscillator, coin box, fuses, coin and bill acceptor etc. Machine is coin tested and refrigerator unit is checked. Prices are programmed and machine is locked with two keys.

Coffee Machine Procedures

Clean machine thoroughly from inside and out. Remove front and commence bodywork and paint. Electrical components such as power cords, harnesses, cup-drop motors and control board displays are checked for repair or replacement. Tank is then delimed. Front panels, light bulbs, coin insert bezels, trims, signs, cup bezels, water valves, brewer parts, and water filters are installed. Refurbish changer and validator with new belts and rollers. Test machine for 72 hours as well as coin test, grease levelers and program prices for customers.

Sandwich Machine Procedures

Clean machine thoroughly. Remove turret to take apart and clean. Remove old trim and front panels. Paint and do bodywork. Check control boards, door switches and solenoids, transport motor, triacs, displays, evaporator and condenser fans, temp probes, door blower motors, directional solenoids and ballasts. Replace or repair if necessary. Install light bulbs, trims, refrigeration triacs, front panels, delivery doors and other beautification items. Coin test machine, program the prices desired and check for appropriate cooling for 72 hours.
